[Team/Position Description]
The position supports LINE VOOM’s daily content operations, including content editorial, customer service response, data collection, and daily work maintenance. Cross-support and cooperation with several teams, e.g., Service planner, BD, BI, marketing, creator management, etc.

[Responsibilities]
1. Based on the good understanding of social content, the sensitivity and ability to quickly respond to trending topics, responsible for LINE VOOM content curation, content promotion, performance analysis, and traffic enhancement.
2. Co-work with inner services and cross-industries (e.g., Media, Self-Media, influence, illustrator, branding, etc.).
3. Performance Measurement: Deliver regular LINE VOOM insight about user behaviors, interactive, and overall content performance data analysis, to enhance operating modes.
4. Content exposure planning (Regular, seasonal, new ideation) and service feature improvement.
5. Manage content and features, including but not limited to Discover/Story/Neta card/Event Banner/Smart Channel, etc.

Basic Qualifications
· BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
· At least 3 years of experience in online community, social networks management, IMC, and social content production, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in content marketing or social media editing. prefer social platforms or the digital media industry.
· Domain knowledge for content editorial and planning(online/offline), project executions, cross-divisions communications, project coordination, and objective-oriented. Passion for social, number-oriented person. Able to analyze and predict culture trends/consumer insight.
· Be creative in words, good at community language, and have a passion for the social and content industry.
· Responsive, willing to take challenges, positive thinking, strong pressure resistance, and carefulness. Excellent communication, integration skills, problem-solving capabilities, good at independent work, and work well in teamwork. Broad range of interests.
· Basic software operation capability in Photoshop and technology product logic.
· Experience in content sourcing, partnerships management, and the concept of strategy will be a plus.
· Be on call during holidays
