職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Assist the marketing team with project management and operational tasks, including:
1. Marketing Campaign Execution and Brand Asset Management
• Conduct market and competitor trend research and analysis
• Support ATL/BTL campaign planning and execution
• Support brand assets development/adaptation and media execution
• Execute WOM (word-of-mouth) initiatives
• Manage sample logistics
• Website/ Ecomm content management
2. Brand NPD and PIPO Projects
• Manage end-to-end NPD project workflows, including artwork, asset, and PDP development/renewal
• Initiate and roll out promotion or customized SKUs
• Update Product Master List
• Support brand PIPO operations
3. Trade POSM and Shopper Marketing Execution
• Coordinate with agencies to design and produce trade POSM materials
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure promotional plans align with the brand campaign calendar
• Support sales team for in-store display and promotional execution
• Manage trade POSM production timeline and sample logistics and control spending within aligned budgets
• Manage merchandising guideline and work closely with merchandising team for execution in line with Brand focus
4. Market Share Analysis & Brand Performance Monitoring
• Track monthly offtake and sales performance
• Nielsen/ Customer data processing, consolidation, and analysis
5. Ensure compliance with commercial processes and internal procedures
