職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented UX Lab Validation Engineer to support validation and compatibility testing of PC-related products and peripheral devices. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring hardware and software interoperability to deliver a reliable user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform compatibility and validation testing for PC platforms and peripheral devices (e.g., Bluetooth keyboards, mice, Headset devices, etc.).
• Execute test plans and document test results, issues, and observations with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify, reproduce, and report compatibility or usability issues in Windows OS environments.
• Work closely with engineering to verify fixes and ensure product quality.
• Maintain and organize test setups, equipment, and validation records in the UX lab.

Basic Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in product validation, QA testing, or compatibility testing.
• Familiar with Windows operating systems and basic PC hardware/peripheral devices.
• Strong attention to detail, responsible, and able to follow test procedures carefully.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to PC hardware/software compatibility.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
