職位概述
該職位負責支援日常會計和應付帳款運營,以及一般行政工作。此職位要求高度注重細節,並能準確管理文件。
主要職責:
1. 支援日常會計運營,包括增值稅申報、資料輸入和開立手寫本地發票。
2. 支援應付帳款 (AP) 團隊的日常運營,包括掃描發票和費用報銷單的紙本副本,並妥善保管紙本文件。
3. 協助處理分配的一般行政工作。
Job Summary
This role supports daily Accounting and Accounts Payable operations, as well as general administrative tasks. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support daily accounting operations, including VAT filing, data key-in, and issuance of handwritten local invoices.
2. Support Accounts Payable (AP) team’s daily operations, including scanning hard copies of invoices and expense reports, and maintaining proper paper filing and documentation.
3. Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned.

2. 具備會計或財務基礎者優先。
3. 熟悉 Microsoft Excel 和基本辦公室軟體。
4. 能夠認真負責地處理重複性工作。
5. 良好的組織能力。
Basic Qualifications:
1. Detail-oriented.
2. Basic knowledge of accounting or finance is a plus.
3. Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic office tools.
4. Able to handle repetitive tasks with care and consistency.
5. Good organizational skills.
