職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the Company’s overall financial strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and long-term business objectives.
- Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and capital allocation planning to enhance capital efficiency and optimize financial performance.
2. Financial & Accounting Management and Compliance
- Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, and cash flow management to ensure accuracy, integrity, and transparency of financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the preparation and timely filing of periodic financial reports (quarterly and annual reports) in accordance with regulatory standards.
3. Group Financial Management & Subsidiary Support
- Lead and coordinate financial and administrative management across the Group and overseas subsidiaries.
- Provide guidance and support to subsidiaries in financial planning, accounting systems, and governance framework enhancement.
- Consolidate overseas financial statements to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across the Group.
4. Investor Relations
- Maintain strong and effective communication with shareholders, analysts, and institutional investors to enhance transparency and investor confidence.
- Oversee disclosure of material financial information and manage investor relations activities to ensure timely, accurate, and complete communication.
- Strengthen the Company’s capital market presence and corporate image through regular financial updates and engagement with stakeholders.
5. Administration & Fixed Asset Management
- Supervise general administration, facilities management, plant operations, construction projects, and fixed asset procurement and management.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and operational support aligned with business needs.
6. Decision Support
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support major decisions, including investments, mergers and acquisitions, and capital expenditures.
- Establish and refine financial KPIs and operational performance indicators to strengthen performance management systems.
7. Risk Management
- Establish and monitor financial risk management mechanisms, including foreign exchange, interest rate, credit, and liquidity risks.
- Lead the development and implementation of internal control systems to ensure operational stability and regulatory compliance.
8. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance organization, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and capability building.
- Drive continuous improvement in professional standards, organizational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting management experience in publicly listed companies or multinational corporations.
- At least 5 years of experience serving as Chief Financial Officer or equivalent senior finance leadership role.
- Proven experience managing sizeable finance teams and cross-functional corporate functions.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Taiwan Stock Exchange regulations, and relevant tax laws.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, treasury management, and investment analysis.
- Experience managing overseas subsidiaries or multinational operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional integration skills.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
