《A Snapshot of Your Day》
As a Project Manager - Power Generation at Siemens Energy, you will review project timelines daily and ensure tasks are on track for successful implementation. Your work will contribute to customer satisfaction and Siemens Energy's mission of balanced energy solutions, working with an innovative and diverse team to achieve goals.

【工作內容】
◎ 負責發電相關專案之整體管理，確保專案依計畫時程、品質與成本順利執行
◎ 擔任客戶主要窗口，主動溝通並確保客戶需求與滿意度
◎ 協調內外部利害關係人，制定並執行專案溝通策略
◎ 專案全生命週期管理（範疇、進度、成本、品質）
◎ 協調專案資源，定期追蹤並回報專案進度與里程碑
◎ 參與供應商與廠商之協調或談判
◎ 監控專案預算，降低不符合成本之風險
◎ 確保專案文件與交付成果完整建檔
◎ 遵循公司專案管理標準，管理專案相關人員

4年以上

2.學歷要求:
大學以上

3.語文條件:
英文(聽:中等、說:中等、讀:中等、寫:中等)

其他條件
《What You Bring》
◎ 具 5 年以上專案管理經驗
◎ 曾於外商公司任職者佳
◎ 工程、機械、自動化、燃氣渦輪／壓縮機或相關科系學士以上
（碩士或同等實務經驗尤佳）
◎ 具備 中英文溝通能力（聽說讀寫）
◎ 具 EHS（環安衛）基礎概念與合約法規相關知識
◎ 熟悉專案規劃、進度控管
◎ 具基本財務、會計與成本概念
◎ 良好溝通能力與客戶關係管理能力
