職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
1. 執行專案經理及工地經理所交付主要品管與行政作業等工作。
2. 執行專案品質文件送審與管制作業。
3. 負責品管文件的接收分發管制追蹤,並依規定處理文件分類歸檔。
4. 執行所有品管文件收發﹑登記﹑建檔及抽換工作。
5. 協助品質相關文件送審、修訂、變更、編輯等內容完備。
6. 協助製作品質文件處理步驟流程與紀錄。
1. Perform project management and project management to deliver the main product management and administrative work.
2. Execute the submission and management of project product quality documents.
3. Responsible for the receipt, distribution, management and tracking of product management documents, and process and file classified documents according to regulations.
4. Execute all quality control documents sending and receiving, registration, filing and replacement.
5. Assist in submitting, revising, changing, editing and other content of product quality related documents to complete.
6. Cooperate in the production of product quality document processing steps and records.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
需求條件:
1. 大專以上, 電機、工業工程教育背景
2. 具有兩年以上相關工作經驗
3. 乙級職業安全衛生管理員
4. 小客車駕照
5. 熟悉及應用辦公室 (Windows office) 相關軟體系統 (Word. Excel. PPT)
6.工安相關證照,公共工程品管證照
其他條件:
1. 具現場工程管理經驗尤佳
2. 具工程介面協調及相關法規之宣導經驗尤佳
3. 工作地點台中, 可接受跨縣市或依照專案地點進行調整工作者佳
Must have requirements:
1. College degree or above, electrical, industrial engineering education background.
2. At least two years of relevant work experience
3. Labor safety management certificate B or above
4. Passenger car driver's license
5. Familiar with Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Industrial safety related certificates, public works quality control
Other requirements:
1. Experience in on-site industrial safety management is preferred
2. Experience in document processing and related safety regulations is preferred
3. Work location in Taichung, those who can work across counties are preferred
