Role Overview
This is a core finance role, not a back-office function, with real influence over transaction decisions and customer risk exposure. This position plays a critical role in strengthening the company’s credit management framework and accounts receivable (AR) quality. You will be responsible for balancing business growth and credit risk, leading credit evaluation, AR control, and collection execution, while working closely with sales, legal, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Management Framework & Policy
1. Establish and continuously enhance customer credit assessment, credit limit approval, and risk control policies
2. Build practical and executable credit management procedures aligned with business operations
Accounts Receivable & Collection Management
1. Oversee AR quality, payment terms, overdue accounts, and collection strategies
2. Drive improvement in cash collection efficiency and reduction of bad debt risk
Credit Investigation & Risk Assessment
1. Conduct customer credit investigations, data analysis, and on-site credit checks when required
2. Provide professional credit risk evaluations to support business decision-making
Transaction & Contract Review
1. Review transaction terms, payment conditions, and related commercial documents
2. Collaborate with sales and legal teams to ensure risk-controlled and compliant transactions
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination
1. Lead, coach, and develop a small credit management team (4~20+ members)
2. Act as a key communication bridge between finance, sales, and internal stakeholders
需求條件 / Key Requirements
Required
- 10+ years of experience in finance, credit management, or accounts receivable–related functions
- Solid hands-on experience in credit control, AR management, and collection operations
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience, including team building and training
- Strong financial statement analysis capability and knowledge of basic commercial law
- Proven communication, negotiation, planning, and execution skills
Preferred
- Experience in B2B industries such as manufacturing, trading, or distribution
- Track record of building or optimizing credit policies and management systems
- Experience handling high-risk customers or complex AR cases
