Responsibilities:
負責新產品試產（Pilot Run）時程的規劃與管控
追蹤試產所需的 5M（人員 / 機台 / 材料 / 方法 / 環境）準備狀況
協調試產檢討會議並制定改善行動計畫
Responsible for New Product Pilot Run Schedule Planning and Control
Track 5M (Man/Machine/Material/Method/Environment) Readiness for Pilot Run
Coordinate Pilot Run Review and Corrective Action Plan
需求條件 / Key Requirements
- BS Degree above in EE/Business/Administration Related.
- 5+ year Experience in Consumer Electric Product PM/FPM Related
- Familiar with New Product Development Process.
- Good English Communication Skil
