Requirement
1. Key experiences:
- Familiar with DFT skills including DFT synthesis/insertion, pattern generation, coverage debug,
failure analysis and improvement.
- Familiar with Top/block DFT architecture and DFT/testing planning.
- Familiar with DFT EDA tool/flow and test mode IR convergence.
- Familiar with digital IC design and signoff flow
