工作內容
1. Production strategy and plan management
According to the company’s overall strategic objectives, we have an in-depth understanding of customer order needs, coordinate the distribution of production tasks, reasonably arrange production scheduling, optimize production processes, ensure the efficient and orderly implementation of production plans, and achieve key indicators such as output, quality, and delivery.

2. Production and operation management
• Fully responsible for the management of the production site, establish and improve the production management system and operation standards, promote the implementation of lean production, 5S management and other management methods, and create a safe, orderly and efficient production environment.
• Coordinate all aspects of production, strengthen communication and cooperation with procurement, warehousing, quality inspection, sales and other departments to ensure timely supply of raw materials, stable product quality, smooth shipment, and efficient coordination of production and operation.
• Promote production technology innovation and process improvement, improve production efficiency and product quality, and reduce production costs.
• Through the machining cockpit online, the information of workshop management is completed.

3. Quality management
Organize and carry out quality inspection, quality control and quality improvement activities, analyze the causes of quality problems, formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures, and continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

4. Cost control
• Formulate production cost control objectives and measures, control raw material consumption, energy consumption, labor costs and other expenses in the production process, reduce production waste, and ensure that production costs are controlled within the budget.
• Strengthen inventory management in various places, standardize the placement of materials.

5. Team building and management
• Establish and improve the performance appraisal system, conduct objective and fair performance evaluation of production team members, implement rewards and punishments according to the assessment results, and provide training guidance to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of employees.
• Strengthen the construction of team culture, create a good team atmosphere, enhance team cohesion and centripetal force, and build an efficient, united and innovative production team.

6. Safety and environmental projection management
• In accordance with the laws and regulations on national safety production and environmental protection, organize and carry out education, training and drills on safety production and environmental protection awareness, and enhance employees' ability to respond to emergencies.
• Conduct regular safety production and environmental protection inspections, discover and eliminate potential safety hazards and environmental pollution problems in a timely manner, and ensure that production safety and environmental standards are met.
