Job Description

1. Sample Preparation Leadership
Plan and lead the preparation of customer samples (batch size >100 kg) in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Process Development
Design and execute experiments to support new process development and scale-up activities.
3. Data Management
Document and analyze experimental data, maintain accurate sample preparation records, and contribute to technical reporting.
4. Troubleshooting
Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions and process deviations to ensure smooth operations.
5. Chemical Handling
Manage chemical inventory, including hazardous substances such as toxic chemicals, strong acids, and alkaline solutions, in accordance with safety regulations.
6. EHS Support
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) documentation and participate in relevant safety activities.

Qualification :
1. Education: Master’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
2. Languages: Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
3. Work Experience: 1–3 years of experience in chemical process operations, pilot plant environments, or sample preparation is preferred.
4. Technical Skills: Familiarity with chemical safety practices and handling of hazardous materials. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
