A German company with over 75 years of history, specializing in high quality, complex plastic injection products for footwear industry.
工作內容:
- Overlook project development from initial tech pack to successful commercialization
- Advocate for customer needs by collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, driving products enhancements.
- Regularly monitored customer feedback to identify improvements/ investment areas, enhance product and service quality.
- Innovation/ Company product promotion
- Maintain/ build/ extend strong relationships with key customers, contribute to sustained business growth.
資格條件
-Bachelor’s degree in English or business
-English- Excellent in writing and speaking
-5year(+) experience in Footwear Industry (Product developer/ Product engineer)
- Plastic injection/Bottom Unit experiences is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving
- Strong communication skill
- Strong networking skill
- Customer oriented mindset
-Willing and able to undertake domestic and international business travel as required.
