職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Global Supply Management (GSM) professional who will oversee supply chain operations, participate in strategic projects, and develop tools to improve efficiency in Excel-based workflows. This role requires a balance of supply chain expertise, project management skills, and technical ability to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Process Improvement & Tool Development
o Create and maintain Excel-based tools to automate reporting, data analysis, and supplier tracking.
o Design and implement advanced Excel-based tools (macros, VBA scripts, dashboards) to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort
• Commodity Supply Management
o Ensure supply continuity to support demand
o Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
o Data Analysis & Reporting
• Project Participation
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain and operational projects - Comfortable working across global teams and diverse cultures.
o Support project planning, execution, and reporting.
o Contribute insights to improve supply chain resilience and efficiency.

Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros). PBI.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field.
• Experience in global supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
